From September to May each year the camp is open as a retreat facility.  Select summer weekends may be available upon request.  We do not generally program retreats, but we are available to help with anything you need – just let us know!

The Byrd Retreat Center is available for adults.  It houses 10 rooms and sleep up to 33 people.  Towels and linens are provided, and each room has a private bath.  Meeting rooms are available in the building.

Cabins are available to rent to any group.  This option allows you to cook on your own, or enjoy delicious homemade camp meals.  Cabins vary in size from 16 beds to 48 beds.

The Prophet’s Chamber is available to Pastors and church staff.  This studio apartment allows for a time of renewal, and has everything you need!  This facility is available for a nominal fee of $2 per person, per night.

Ideas for your retreat…

Couples’ Retreat – enjoy a weekend away with encouraging marriage study led by our camp director and his wife.  Enjoy fellowship with a few other couples in your church and celebrate each other with a formal dinner at the end of the weekend.

Choir Retreat – plan for those Easter and Christmas Specials!  Or have special practice and fellowship time!

Leadership Retreat – take some time to train your volunteers and get everyone on the same page.  Have a time of renewal.  Plan upcoming events and studies.

Men’s Retreat – take some time to fellowship and build each other up as brothers – no girls allowed!

Women’s Retreat – get away, let someone else make your bed and feed you for the weekend as you enjoy time with your sisters in Christ!

Youth Retreat – spend spring or fall break with your youth group learning about the Lord and exploring all camp has to offer.

Father Son Weekend – take time out for that fishing trip you’ve always wanted to take together.

Mother Daughter weekend – spend quality time with each other, play games, paint your toes, have fun!
